Impact SE Control

Settings for the Redragon M908 Impact SE, right in your browser.

Get started

  1. Plug in your Impact SE.
  2. If Redragon's own software is open, close it. Also check the little arrow by the clock in the bottom-right corner of your screen: if Redragon's icon is there, right-click it and choose Exit.
  3. Click the red Connect mouse button at the top right of this page.
  4. A small box pops up. Click your mouse in the list (there should be only one), then click Connect.
  5. Change what you like, then click Save to mouse at the bottom of the page. Nothing changes on the mouse until you do.

Your settings are stored inside the mouse, so they keep working on any computer. The first time you connect, this page keeps a copy of your current settings so you can always put them back.

Help

The mouse isn't in the list when I click Connect mouse
  1. Make sure the mouse is plugged in and works as a normal mouse.
  2. Close Redragon's software, including its icon by the clock (right-click it, then Exit).
  3. Close any other tab or window that has this page open.
  4. Unplug the mouse, wait five seconds, and plug it back in.
  5. Refresh this page (press F5) and click Connect mouse again.
  6. Still missing? Try a different USB port, ideally one directly on the computer rather than a hub.
It says "The mouse is busy" or "Couldn't connect"

Only one program can change the mouse's settings at a time. Close Redragon's software and the Impact SE Windows app, close other tabs with this page, unplug and replug the mouse, then click Connect mouse again.

It says this browser can't talk to USB devices

Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a Windows computer. Firefox, Safari and phones can't connect to USB devices from a web page.

How do I put my original settings back?
  1. Connect the mouse and open the Backups tab.
  2. Click Put back my original settings.
  3. Click Save to mouse.

The copy of your original settings is kept in this browser, so use the same browser on the same computer. To keep a copy somewhere safe, click Download a backup file on the Backups tab. You can load it later with Restore from a file, then click Save to mouse.

It says a profile has no left click

This stops you from ending up with a mouse that can't click. Set at least one button in that profile to Left click (usually Button 1), then click Save to mouse again.

I changed something by mistake

If you haven't saved yet, click Discard changes at the bottom. If you already saved, change it back and save again, or put your original settings back (see above).
